Black Tech
It’s black and stays black. KMC BlackTech isn’t a simple coating, but a surface treatment where the color becomes an integral part of the material. The process is two-stage: first, each individual chain component is treated, and then the process is repeated with the assembled components. This ensures the chain retains its rich black color permanently and is also highly rust-resistant.

EPT
KMC’s latest milestone in rust protection. The non-toxic EcoProTeQ treatment doubles the rust resistance compared to KMC’s RB anti-rust treatment. The benefits of this ultra-smooth coating include maximum rust resistance, low noise, and a great appearance.
