The rear derailleur has been optimized with a new architecture for improved chain retention. The forged shift lever is built to withstand the rigors of abuse. As part of SRAM’s new Eagle color scheme, featuring a consistent X01 color scheme for the shifters, crankset, and rear derailleur, and the signature Oxy Red as a crank option, it perfectly complements any chain and cassette color you choose—from black and gold to the brand-new copper. A new 10-52 tooth cassette expands your gear range to 520 percent—ideal for those impossibly steep climbs on transfer stages or highland ascents.

Shifting on a new level – the X01 Eagle rear derailleur features an improved architecture for optimized chain guidance. Built to work seamlessly with the new 10-52 tooth cassettes, the X01 Eagle is also fully backward compatible with 10-50 cassettes. As part of the Eagle color system, it matches any chain and cassette color you choose.

CAGE LOCK
Thanks to the CAGE LOCK technology in the derailleur, removing and installing the rear wheel and mounting the chain are faster and easier than ever. Simply push the cage forward (to release chain tension) and lock it in place.

ROLLER BEARING CLUTCH derailleurs offer maximum drivetrain stability even on the most brutal and demanding terrain. ROLLER BEARING CLUTCH technology eliminates derailleur wobble and chain slap without compromising precision.

X-ACTUATION
The X-ACTUATION technology, specially developed for SRAM 1x, ensures precise and consistent shifting across the entire cassette.

X-HORIZON
The parallelogram design of the X-HORIZON derailleur limits movement along the horizontal axis, thus eliminating so-called ghost shifting and simultaneously reducing shifting effort. For faster and more precise shifting, the large offset of the upper pulley wheel ensures a constant chain gap in every gear.

X-SYNC
SRAM’s X-SYNC 1x chainrings deliver top performance and durability. The long SRAM X-SYNC tooth edges engage the chain earlier than traditional triangular teeth. The sharp, narrow tooth profile and rounded chamfered edges further enhance chain retention. To ensure optimal performance even in muddy conditions, X-SYNC chainrings feature recesses to channel dirt and mud away from the inner chain links and rollers. Manufactured in Germany, X-SYNC chainrings are a key component of SRAM’s 1x drivetrain.
